System runs great. Very quite. Harder to install than i thought, due to size of line set. 5/8 is hard to make tight bends. But it's in and running great.

I installed it a week ago, without any problems, shipping was on time, a dispatcher called twice to inform of shipment details. So far we are happy with our unit, hopefully we can enjoy many seasons of service.

Very easy ordering and tech support was very patient and very polite as I asked a lot of questions the only thing that I was disappointed with is that there is no option for flexible lines or pipe bender since I installed it myself very hard to bend copper lines that tight without kinking

It took about 2 hours to install. I did hire an hvac technician to completely fill the unit before I turned it on for the first time. But this unit is magnificent!

Excellent system ,We installed it in the waiting area of our automotive repair shop. Doors are constantly open and the system keeps the entire office and waiting are cold . Beyond impressed with the system.shipping was very fast and installation went very smooth.
