The heat is so much more even then my previous wall heaters. It’s not as drying either.

the outside unit did not work right out of the box. paid extra to have it expedited because of emergency cool down of our tech room was needed as our old system failed. have been waiting 2 weeks for warranty part as customer service said they were "out of stock". lets hope they are true to their word and get me the part ASAP. renting a temp. AC unit is expensive as the tech room is critical to our business.

free shipping, if you want to wait a month to get the product. have to pay extra to get it in 7-10 days. customer service/service tech was great. figured out the unit had a bad control board right out of the box. connected us with the warranty department who, on the first call, said the part was out of stock but would take a week to get in and they would send it right away. on the second call customer service said it would take two to three weeks for them to get the part in. After being transferred to the supervisor, and being questioned because they haven't seen the control board bad on a new item, and sending pictures of the wiring to them, they said the part would be 2nd day delivery shipped that day. Let's hope this works out and I get the part. it is expensive renting an AC unit to cool our tech room, but it is the backbone of our business.

Pioneer mini splits are the best systems on the market. Performance at a great price. They heat and cool perfectly and reduce my power costs. I would never by anything but a pioneer in the future

Not knowing the first thing about HVAC and never having anything to do with a mini-split AC, it was not until I had the whole thing almost installed that I discovered I had to have an HVAC man vac. the lines. So, after having a local service man check the work that I had done for leaks and my wiring he vacuumed the lines and inside unit and got my AC up and going. This was a $200.00 charge that I was not expecting. However, after 24 hours of using the Mini- split I am very pleased. It cools better and is much quieter than the window unit we were using. So far we are very happy with our nwe Pioneer 24000 BTU Mini-Split.

Not easy to install (copper) ... easy instructions. Factory flanges for copper lines are poor and needed to be redone. Needed a professional to charge system...but he was worth it. System works incredibly well. Silent operation and super cool. Love it!

Supper quiet, my refrigerator is louder then the indoor unit. My neighbors outdoor unit is 200ft. away and it is louder then this unit 10ft away.

The website said the order would be plastic wrapped together, it wasn't and the outdoor unit was lost in shipping.They found it a couple days later and the front panel was bent in. called pioneer,Took 4 calls and 2 weeks before replacement panel was shipped.
