Very nice unit for the money. Surprisingly quiet, especially outside. Not crazy about the remote as it’s hard to read but the unit works well and was considerably less cost than other brands. Easy install for the most part.

This is my second mini-split purchase from Pioneer. Installation on both were flawless. I replaced an old ducted system and the cost savings are better than expected. I have a power monitoring system on my house and this system cools and heats very efficiently. I was initially unsure about moving to mini-splits, but these systems perform so much better than my old ducted system. I highly recommend Pioneer. Customer service was excellent, shipping was fast and the quality/performance is great.

Installed it myself one week ago. Been working great in 112F degree weather, and keeping the temperature at 78F for a living space of 1,400 sq.ft. Consumes between 500W and 1500W, depending on outside temperature. Thinking about adding another unit for upstairs.
