Pioneer and their customer service has been great I had a major problem with their shipper I have contacted Pioneer and told them never to use that shipper again

Great product, directions aren’t very helpful. A few things you’ll need that aren’t really mentioned I.e vacuum pump, manifold gauge, 1/4” adapter piece for pump, clips for refrigeration line, electrical shutoff box, extra insulation for lines over 16’ (as recommended in directions), hosing for drain plug ( it only comes with a 6’ cheap extension, I bought a 12’ piece of pex that fits perfectly by just pushing together, extra refrigerant if you get a kit over 15’. Probably another $500 in supplies. Still love the unit, real quiet and cools within minutes. REBATE AND WARRANTY ONLY VALID IF INSTALLED BY LICENSED HVAC TECH

Have not installed the second unit yet, but the first 18,000 BTU unit is awesome. It is cooling almost 1/2 of my house and we have a 3900 square foot house. It runs so quietly that we have to repeatedly check to make sure it is on. I have not seen my power bill yet, but I think it is going to be significantly less than the portable unit that I was using. Extremely happy with this unit!

I ordered the 25' line set, thinking I only needed about 20'. I should have ordered the next longer length as I barely had enough. And the 4 conductor wore was way short. I don't think I miscalculated.
