I bought 2 of the Mini-Split systems. I am very happy with the end result. The systems are climate controlling 2200 square feet that is open 20 ft. up to the peak of the roof. In 2 days the humidity went from 69% to 47%. The work very well and I should have put them in long ago.

I'm very pleased with the Mini-Splits. They work as advertised, are very efficient and use a trickle of power. I highly recommend these units.

This system is great! Placing the order and delivery was quick and convenient. The system is quite and fairly easy to install with only a few specialty tools needed. It did need a Vacuum pump and gauges. The instructions and procedures for installation and charging were easy to follow. The only issue I encountered was the wire colors of the harness that came with the system, (between the indoor and outdoor unit) were different then those listed in instructions. Connections are a simple terminal to terminal connection, so this was not a problem. This was my first system installation. It took me about a day. This included installing 2 new electric circuits, one with a disconnect for the system and the second for a convenience outlet required by local code. I was not familiar with Pioneer and I recommend taking a serious look at these, when considering a systems.

We had to hire someone to come add gas to the unit. It cost us 250.00. Other than the extra cost and II not working efficiently immediately we are satisfied with the cooling.

We received the unit in only a few days after ordering and it was delivered to our door. After installing the unit,it had a defective valve and we had to hire someone to repair the valve and add more gas. This cost us $250.00 that we weren't planning to spend on a unit. It is working efficiently now.

Delivery was well setup and communicated by trucking company, package were on a half pallet and left where I asked, boxes were in perforce condition and the items in the box were nice quality similar to more expensive systems

Always fast and friendly. Great phone support and merchandise. One unit showed an error message after 18 months. I called and they were able to read code and sent me the new sensor. I was back up and running in less than 2 days.
