Kit came with almost everything you need. BE SURE TO BUY THE ADAPTER for the Freon charging port. Other than that pretty straight forward installation. Figure at least one full day for install.

It has made my Bedroom a meat locker. Such a nice addition to the house. Already have noticed a decrease in electricity bill.

Easy to navigate the web site and find what I was looking for. When the unit I ordered was out of stock, I got a call and an upgrade. Order was placed on a Friday night, shipped on Monday received on Tuesday.

I am holding this unit in storage till summer when i intend to have it installed. I had another unit installed last summer and it has performed very good. I was using window unit but these are so much quieter and more efficient to use.Thank you Pioneer and all the people that are avaiable to talk to and get help if needed.

bought the same unit last summer and couldn't be more pleased. Has worked flawless. Both Heat and Cool works good. I looked at a lot of different mini-split systems and Pioneer just looked as if they were a better built unit and the review on them seem to be better than the rest. I guess all of them are quiet but the 12000 btu models i have are really quiet so don't worry about one of these keeping you awake at night for it just isn't going to happen. As for being dependable well we will just have to wait and see but i think if they are properly installed they will be good for years to come.

What can I say? My new mini split has been everything, you all said. Orer processed timely, delivery driver called day before and scheduled time slot that worked for us. Our new pioneer came in 3 cardboard boxes, delivery driver set packages on front porch. Examined contents, everything accounted for and in good condition. After reading through , owners manual and installation guide, prepared area to install inside and outside units. Then called heat and air installer to set unit and charge lines. he had everything running in an hour and a half. Severe cold snap that night and follwing days, low 20s, upper teens. Extremely disappointed, with heat pump first couple of nights. It has been 2 weeks now and everything seems to have gotten broken in. We havent had any severly cold nights like that since, has dropped below 32 and unit does go through defrost mode a few times a night, but it stays comfortably cool and small gas heater we have ggets lit for a quick burst firt thing in the morning. Really excited to see how it performs in southern summer heat.

Realy nice page and so much good information available on pioneer, had never heeard of before. The availability of info, just reasurring. Really comfortable making this, for our household, large ticket item, purchase. Cant wait to install unit and reap the benefits. Delivered on time and in great shape, Installed just as instructions said, works as described, a little dissapointed in heat pump, but it works. Overall extremely happy with purchase, hvac installer had nothing but good things to say about it, quality parts, easy set up, one of the nicer minisplits hes installled. We will purchase another one, when the time comes.

Am very happy with my purchase. There was a small issue with delivery since it came in a semi and I live in a residential neighborhood which prohibits trucks. My son took my car and met the truck and they loaded it into my car. My son and I unloaded it and everything was fine. Overall very happy with my purchase, and it works perfect for my mobile home. Better than my central air worked!
