Disappointed: this is the second unit I have bought, but - like the first - displays EC error message and will not work. Have checked for leaks numerous times, even resealed the lines twice.

Very pleased with this unit. Blows ice cold air and is whisper quiet. Installation instructions were good. My only complaint is the drain tubing is flimsy plastic with a push to fit connection. This is only an issue because you have to snake the drain hose through the wall with the refrigerant lines and that can cause the drain line to pull and bend on the connection, causing it to deform and leak. Easy enough to fix by securing with some duct tape, but it could be improved. I would still buy again and recommend it to anyone looking for a mini split.

System was a great price...works well.. installation was a bit of challenge....purchased 10 ft kit, Cooper lines were10 ft and control lines are 10 ft. Copper Lines connect kit outside and control lines inside. Making control lines to be about 1 1/2 ft to short needed to slice in more control lines....also vacuum regulator also need to be have be modified to leak check..
