I cannot test the unit because the Kwik Vac kit had a faulty valve (yes I do know what I'm doing). I now wasted money on that kit and still have to pay for someone to run a vacuum so I can power on the unit.

Reasonably priced, easy to mount without the leveler (but the leveler makes it REALLY easy and accurate). I should have ordered it when I ordered the mini-split.

This was my 3rd purchase from Pioneer... 2 mini-splits, mounting and appearance hardware. The prices are extremely reasonable, order processing and delivery are very fast. If I need another mini-split, I'll definitely consider Pioneer. I highly recommend their products.

Works fine mounting compressor to cement block wall. Perhaps we should have gotten rubber bumpers because there is some mild amount of vibration from the compressor telegraphed through wall.

It was a must buy in order to install unit. Would have been nice if it was included in the unit as opposed to having to buy separate.

I have converted a 12x16 shed into a home office space. I had a window unit that sounded like a jet airplane. Purchased this unit and my ceiling fan makes more noise than this unit. I'm shocked at how quiet it is! And the amazing way it cools. High recommend.

so far so good, if the product works as good as it looks I'll be very happy, you should maybe wait longer before you ask for feedback, I just received my unit two days ago so most of it is still sitting in boxes.
