Shopping was easy. The unit took a bit longer than 2-3 days to get. It was like 2 weeks. It was well worth the wait and I totally understand the delay since its spring and the demand is high. I will purchase more units going forward.

I ordered 2 and one was missing the 90 degree parts but it may have been lost in transit. The box was partially open. I don’t need the parts so no problem. I’m sure they would have sent the parts if I ask.

I'm 70 years old and except for hanging the indoor unit, I did it all myself. Take your time and think about everything that needs to be done. The internet is a great source for help. Very smooth and easy

Knocked off 2 stars: it says it is rated for up to a certain sized line-set which was smaller than the line-set that goes with my 24,000 BTU Pioneer. It worked fine, but the bends were way too sharp (unless you have a bending tool) for the size given. Another star off because its super difficult to snap the longer pieces together. Also, the screws are not stainless steel and rust easily. For an outdoor application, they really should provide the screws that can hold up, even if it costs them an extra dime or two. Otherwise its a perfectly suitable kit that I made work just fine for my new Mini-Split.

This also has great fit and finish. Seems sturdy and I like the look. I realy like the adjustable angle. I just wish I can order individual pieces as I need more pieces to cover my extended 25' line set.
