Easily snaps together. Looks good. I wish that the flexible piece was also split so that I could have used it on my already installed cover.

Quick delivery, everything looks good. I am now starting the install. Everything went together as described, instructions were adequate and product quality seems to be very good. I should have looked at the heat capacity as well as the A/C capacity. Heat is a little lacking for my space. I would certainly recommend Pioneer Mini-Split to anyone.

Ordered online. Received the parts in good condition, but the outdoor mounting bracket was missing. Called to request a quick replacement which was promised within 2 days. When it did not arrive, I called and it had not even been shipped. There seemed to be no sense of urgency to replace the missing bracket, so I had to build my own mounting bracket to be ready for the scheduled installation. I like the system and how it operates.
