One recommendation i could give to you is that the Web site pages loads extremely slow...
I have a 4MB line and a fast pc but loading is slow..
But all the rest I have to rate you 5 Stars..

Had difficulty getting a product from other stores.
Product wasn't available locally so Phoenix Tech sourced it from their international supplier.

Although the shipping is REALLY fast, it is a bit on the expensive side. R100 is more than some of the products I would want to other. Maybe consider reducing the price. Other then that...GREAT service!

Ordering anything online is usualy so stressful, you hope your order goes through and you hope you will receive the product! I never had ANY worries ordering from Phoenix Tech.
Fernando gave me assisstance in the actual ordering process and 3days later I got a pleasant surprise when the delivery man rang my doorbel! Love that I could track my order every step of the way and that I got it so fast!
Will be looking out for specials so I can order a few more things! :)

Hi Everyone,
I recently decided to buy my first notebook and after doing 2 weeks of extensive research finally found the notebook I wanted, just to find out that it isn't available in South Africa.
I searched everywhere and contacted all the online shopping sites I could find, and NONE of them could source the notebook for me.
Phoenix-Tech responded to my query within an hour and created a Special Item on their site at an extremely good price including all import duties and fees. They sourced the notebook for me from overseas and did it exceptionally well.
Throughout the entire process they kept me up to date all the way and supported EVERY query I threw at them with utmost professionalism.
