First time buyer from an online PC shop and I must say I'm seriously impressed. These guys got a PC case to me 2 days from the time I ordered it and delivered it directly to me. There was going to be a small delay with my order. I was contacted by the customer care team and advised of this very quickly. I was given all the information I needed and the order arrived when I was told it would.
I was very impressed with someone personally getting in touch with me to let me know rather than waiting for me to contact them. It was a very welcome change to the usual way online retailers behave.

Well ive orderd my BitFenix Prodigy PC Chassis through Phoenix-Tech i could not find anyone else who has it (they shiped it in for me from Portugal) ive gotten prompt email responds from phoenix-Tech personel who awnserd my questions and helped me without having to wait i send them an email and that same day they responded to my email ive gotten good service from Phoenix-Tech i had the displesure with some other people selling products who dont look like they want bussiness and who wants to sell other stuff to you what you dont want that is not the case with Phoenix-Tech,ive gotten my DHL tracker number so i knew where my chassis was all the time,it was in places ill never see in my life time i saved the routes my chassis took to show my friends where my case was in the world i will buy again from phoenix-Tech SA way to go people
