Battery does not fit as tight as stock original battery did there's a little extra space like the battery that they sent me is little smaller then stock but the battery works just fine for what I need it for

I was so happy that I was able to change the battery by myself for my Samsung Tab A 10.1. I was able to go to the NewPower99 site to view the video of how to change the battery since the dvd sent to me and labeled for my Samsung tablet was actually a video of a battery change for an Acura, hence the 4 stars instead of 5. This being said, the videos of how to change batteries in tablets are very thorough and easy to follow. This is a great buy. I even took my tablet on vacation with me hoping I could find some place to change the battery, but that was a lost cause. After sitting 3 months, my tablet is WORKING. I am ecstatic. Thank you NewPower99.

The battery works great, battery life is like I have a new phone again. Far superior to Samsung replacement batteries available on the web. The only down side was the instruction disk did not work at all, my windows 10 computer did not recognize any of the file types. This wasn't a problem as I have done this before and knew what I was doing.

So far so good, we will see about the battery, I have tried replacements before from other places and received batteries that weren't any better than the 2 and a half year old batterys I was replacing.

I received the battery in a very timely manner. But after I got the Kindle Paper-white Reader open to replace the battery, I found it "did not" connect and showed a large battery with line Thur it. Your battery had four (4) connecters and the old battery had only three (3). The new battery did not even turn the reader on. I put the old one in and now use the reader plugged into the charger. What do I do with your battery? Please let me know.

My NewPower99 replacement battery kit arrived on time but I was disappointed that the new battery was so discharged that it would turn on my Garmin nuvi until I charged it for a significant period of time. Initially I was worried the battery was bad but it took the charge and is now working OK. Previous NewPower99 batteries arrived with at least a charge sufficient to boot the GPS.

A year ago when I ordered my last battery from NewPower99, it took over 2 weeks to arrive so this time I paid the extra roughly $5 for expedited shipping and it arrived promptly... money well spent since my old GPS battery was so shot that it would not keep the GPS running even for a few seconds when external power was removed. My only disappointment this time was that the battery arrived so discharged that it would not boot the GPS at all for initial testing purposes after reassembly until I charged it... with my fingers crossed.

Battery replacement on devices is cheaper than buying a new device and NewPower99 allows me to do so on my own including the special tools you need. I’ve done so on a Kindle as well. 5 ⭐️
