I was severely unhappy when my Kindle stopped working after 12 years. I Googled how to change the battery and watched this company's YouTube video. I immediately got on their website and ordered a new battery! It arrived quickly and my husband changed the battery for me and I was able to get back to my 1,200+ Kindle books. :-) Thank you!

I found the battery easily in your list and watched the video about installing the video which made it seem easy enough. It's great to have my kindle working again. But I wasn't happy that it took 9 days to arrive from the time of purchase.
