The battery was a bit smaller than original. I have not been successful getting installed, taking it to my LBS, asking them to install. If not I am going to get Garmin Edge 1030. I have enjoyed the GE 1000 for at least 5 yrs.

great but shipping to much for such a small item Power 99 has been great I think battery got LOST in USPS. got the battery on October 20,2020. I was expecting it by 10th of October. Once you have this new technology you rely on.

not as easy as it looks to install. the only negative is the video shows to cut speaker wire half way, which I did and makes it hard to put back together because wire is very short and I just made it to close. the video should show to leave as much speaker cable as possible before cutting, leaving slack to make it easier to put back together.
