Lettering was exactly as advertised. It went on without much issue. Some of the letters nearly refused to come off of the paper so I had to start them with the corner of a razor blade but to be fair that's common for vinyl lettering though. It would be nice for y'all to send instructions with the lettering.

This was my second order in three years, the first still looks new. Very good service, prices, and product. I used the product on a boat and upgraded to HD vinyl and UV protection. For the little they cost it's worth it.

I was a bit disappointed this time around. I was trying to order a custom cut-out design for mounting on auto glass, much like the logos and business hours we'd previously bought for our storefront windows and doors, and absolutely love. However, when the product arrived for this order, it was more like a solid rectangular bumper sticker, with the part I'd intended to to be removed printed in black ink. Perhaps I misunderstood what "custom outline" means, so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, but it certainly wasn't clear to me what I was getting.

Adriana was very helpful, but the overall experience was just so so. The wrong product was sent to me, and then I had to wait another week or so to receive the correct product. While I am happy with the personal touch of the customer service representative, the process was frustrating, starting with the design app on the website which allowed me to choose options that turned out to not be available. That being said, price is my determining factor and the price was very reasonable, which is why I will order again.
