I was really happy with the result. It came out just like I wanted it to and it was easy to get on the mirror. They have a lot of options and variety which a lot of other places I checked didn't so I'm happy.

I think this is our 4th or 5th order from LetteringOnTheCheap. They're always produced and shipped quickly, and are of good quality. The lettering on this order has come out substantially larger than I expected, which surprised me because I used the same PowerPoint file as the first time and only changed the content, not the font size (and I don't have the "resize to fit" option on). Something may have happened when I converted the PowerPoint image to a PDF. It'll still work on my business windows, so I'll give them a pass.

Thirty % of the letters were attached to backing paper. Letters , (when possible to remove) had to be hand applied to the surface. This is a very difficult thing to do. it generally turn into a mess.

The colors did not match what I choose & it is bubbling under the letters after getting it professionally installed. Would nt recommend the com any to any boater who asks.

I have put adhesive lettering on a number of trucks over the past 25 years and these went on great. The outer cover was more flexible than others I've had and allowed the install to go smoothly by holding the panel away from the surface while using a bondo spreader to smooth the lettering down evenly. I use the spreader to press the letters down a number of times from different directions and then wait 10 minutes to allow the adhesive to really get to like their new home before peeling the covering off. The font I chose has very small tips to the letters and NOT 1 tip even tried to lift off the paint with the cover sheet. VERY good adhesion. The ONLY thing I couldn't find on the website was shadowing to make the letters appear more 3 D. Not a big deal this time, as the letters are actually temporary until I do work to the truck. Next time I'll call and see if they can do that feature. Other than that, they have more fonts, colors and special effects than I wanted to spend time looking at. Huge selection of options for everything.

I wanted a special treatment for the decal and they were eager to accommodate my requests.

This is a company/product that you only have a need for once ? or rarely (after your boat or service van is lettered, you have no need for these people), pricing in this industry varies gratly, and defining/seeing what you want is usually a hurried process in a brick and mortar store.

I felt the do-it-yourself design/trial-and-error system online was intelligent, easy, and at my own pace (design it, think on it, return to try something else) until I was satisfied. all the bells and whistles.

great site, good product (same as everyone else) and far cheaper than what I was quoted locally.

I design my own boat name and style and it came out perfect! After being on the boat for 2 years the black part of the letters started to crack and split. I call customer service and they replaced it for free. I will be ordering again in the future and also I will recommending your company.
