great product, fast delivery...

I haven't put the name on my boat yet but so far the ordering was simple the delivery was extremely fast I had a lot of fun mixing and matching colors and I definitely will be a return customer.

When I received the product there were creases in the letters so as I applied them there were creases in the final product. Where I could I cut a hold to release the bubble, but overall the applied letters had creases. This could be because of how it was rolled up and shipped, causing the letters to have creases.

I keep coming back for all my boat lettering needs. It's too simple and anything I need to fix or correct, no problem. We have choices when comes to ordering boat letters and designs, there is no reason for me to go anywhere else now. I had a slight error on one of my designs; I don't know if it was my mistake or LetteringOnTheCheap's error, but no issues and they fixed it. That's what it takes!

I placed an order and noticed that their website says free shipping on all orders, which is one of the reasons I placed an order. Upon receiving a confirmation email I noticed I was billed 5.00 for shipping. I send an email immediately asking why I was charged for shipping and did not get a repsonse until I send a subsequent email. Their response "must spend 50.00 to get free shipping". I sent back a screen shot of the shopping cart area that says free shipping on all orders and have not heard from then since. Very poor service in my opinion. Paying the 5.00 shipping is not the issue here, paying for it after their website says free shipping on all orders is something else. Needless to say I won't be buying from them again. Baffled in Bloomfield.
