Missing the black triangle black plastic pieces as seen under the Spinning sticker, chain vibrates at certain speed, missing tablet attachment, and cracked plastic at bottom. Customer service is good and will send me a replacement bike.

Indoor Cycling was great to deal with but the bike arrived with broken parts and I am still waiting for a replacement part from the manufacturer since the matter is in their hands. I believe the bike may have sustained additional damage during shipping but can't seem to get the manufacturer to properly address my concerns...could be because of COVID-19, but I'm hopeful this will get worked out as I've had the bike for nearly a month.

I just unpacked the bike and was able to get the frame downstairs with no problems.. About 45 minutes to assemble. Super quiet and built like a tank! Very nice attention to detail in the manufacturing.

I love this bike! Great quality. Easy to put together. My only complaint is that as a 54 woman who likes a small riding box, it would be awesome if the seat could adjust in another couple of notches, and the handlebars go aft a notch more.

Spinning has been a long time passion of mine. This winter marked the end of scheduling a spin class and driving to class in less than ideal weather. My husband and bought this as a gift for ourselves. We are super happy with our purchase. The bike glides as you pedal and will give us years and years of fun and goal reaching. Spin TV is outstanding! Ride on!
