I like the product. It is well made but you need help setting it up. They offer NO assistance in helping you find someone in your area to set it up. They don't tell you that when you purchase the equipment. I asked about white glove service and expected to pay the fee, but the machine sat in my garage, on a pallette, with no one able to get it out. It is well packaged, but very heavy. It weighed over 300l bs. Try to get that up one step!

I chose indoor cyclery because of the price and the instructional videos. The reviews were good.

I would like to know the approximate delivery. Through web chat they said it would take a week. In reality, it took two weeks. I understand COVID had a hand in the delivery and it came by a trucking firm. It was delivered on a pallet and dropped off by the garage. It was well packaged and undamaged.
