Extremely happy with this bike! Quiet, comfortable, sturdy, a pleasure to ride. Arrived in perfect condition, packed exceptionally well! The few parts you do have to assemble go together with ease, good instructions! Spend the extra few dollars it takes to own this bike, well worth it, can't emphasize that enough!!!!

The Keiser M3 is an extraordinarily well designed machine. A simple magnet produces a magnetic field which induces a current in the rotating flywheel, creating a force which is counter to the direction of the force produced by pedalling. The retarding force increases smoothly with speed and with magnet position which is set by an adjustment lever. The readout displays power in measured watts, heartrate, cadence, and other parameters. The position the rider on the bike matches very closely a normal riding position on the road, making workouts comfortable and an excellent off-road simulation. The bike also looks cool. All in all, this is an exceptional product.

Awesome machine. So quiet and so smooth. Also, I literally put it together with an adjustable wrench and a fold up Allen wrench accessory I keep with my mountain bike, which is good because the only other tool I have is a hammer. It took me about an hour so anybody with any tool skills could put it together faster. To be safe I had somebody come by with a torque wrench to double check the assembly, but it was fine. For shorties out there, I am 5' and am able to reach the handlebars just fine without locking out. It might be more comfortable if they were adjustable - but if you don't want to spend the extra 100$ you should be fine.
