This is the 6th unit I have purchased. All have been in a year or less no problems, this is a fantastic product, I am an ex a/c service tech with 50 years in this business. Highly recommend this product!!!

Great product that looks nice What would make perfect would be better quality screws.These are soft and will probably rust.

nice way to cover up the lines, while mostly self explanatory, some instructions or options of how the parts can be used would be nice as all the parts do not mate up to each other.

The Shipper never updated the tracking info. Shipper couldn't find the pallet. Your support people on the web site's chat were slow and never gave me answers of where the pallet was. Saia showed it was in Atlanta for many days. Finally I was able to get someone that thought it was odd that it was sitting on the other side of the country for five days. Later that day I got a call to schedule delivery the following Monday. Web site still said it was in Atlanta, not Oregon. Monday came, got a call from the driver. Very nice driver, got it off the truck and down my long driveway.
