The new springs work great. The repairman did a nice job and lubricated everything. The garage door has never worked more smoothly. The only problem was there were some half dollar sized blobs of grease on the garage floor that I did not notice till some of it was tracked into the house. So he could have cleaned up a little better after he was done.

I called about having someone look at my old garage door that wouldn't even go up and down manually, your tech was able to get it fixed, but the door had seen it's better days...so I opted for a new door...wow! So nice to have a remote opener that works. And the new door looks so good and operates so quietly, and I'm sure added to my home's value. Thanks again for have great guys that work for you, and a great product to go along with it!
