I had a major issue with my automatic garage door opener. Your representative was very courteous and professional and explained the situation to me, giving me several options. I chose to purchase a new opener which he installed in a short amount of time. He then showed me how to use the features of the new opener. I have been very satisfied with it and with your service.

Very pleased with the Precision Garage Door Opener. Much quiter than the Stanley chain drive I had previously. Installer was courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely would recommend Precision to those in need of garage door service.
