We are very happy to have our garage door working again, thanks to the expertise and professionalism of Adrian. He did the job and repaired the door quickly and he behaved completely professional, and now it works better than ever. We feel the amount we paid was very fair, and the service was exceptional. Even though this was not the first company we contacted, we are very happy they were the ones to actually repair the door. Next time, we definitely will call Precision.

Initial interaction to find my parent's account and set a service appointment was good. Met Jordan at my parent's home to complete the service work. I was very impressed - very professional, helpful and quick. Work was completed as expected. Overall it was a fantastic experience with your company and the two employees I engaged with.

Salesman that came and looked at our door was very professional. He even went far and beyond by repairing our broken roll up door for a temporary fix. The installer was punctual, clean, and worked hard! We love the door, and the whole experience was worth every dime.

Excellent and fast service!

The repair man does good work. However, when I broached the subject of paint coming off the door due to the rubbing of the vinyl air seal I was told that this was not covered under the door warranty only due to the fact that the top of the door frame is curved. I was never told this when I purchased the garage doors originally. I was provided later with a can of white spray paint to paint over the areas that have been rubbed off. I will use that later, but frankly I am not particularly pleased with this type of response.

The doors are screeching during operation. Could use some fine adjustment to make it more pleasant and quiet.

Old heavy door had to upgrade some parts when a spring broke. Cost a little more but it was fast and fixed issues with door not setting level from a half way previous fix(mismatched springs). Would call again. Serviceman that showed up is a pro knows his trade well.

The entire experience dealing with Precision Garage Door was wonderful. They scheduled a service call with technician (Dale) the same day and accommodated my schedule to do so. Once Dale arrived he quickly diagnosed the issues and quoted a very reasonable price for the repair. He was knowledgable and explained the repair process in a way that was easy to understand. I'm very pleased with the quality of the repair and the service received. I wouldn't use anyone else for garage door repairs. Dale was absolutely the best!

we will highly recommend your company in the future. The only thing we are still waiting on for our doors, is a matching weather strip that was a little short on our order. A white piece was used in place of it and it needs to be grey. Other then that, everything looks great!

Everything was done quick and fast but the price about knocked me over. It was the 1st time I have ever had a garage door worked on. I wish you had offered a senior discount. next time I'll shop around. service man was only here for about 45 minutes and it was over $500 for the experience! Seems a little heavy on the service call charge.
