I ordered from them before. Did not have any problems. This time one item was defective so I tried to return it. Their RETURNING/EXCHANGE IS DEFINITELY NOT IN FAVOR OF THE CUSTOMER!.

One item seems to have been defective from manufacturer. I tried to exchange it but their system is deducting me over $9 for shipping. Thats outrageous. So during the exchange process it direct me to pick another Cap. I pick another one and it not only charges me TAXES AGAIN, IT CHARGES ME AGAIN FOR SHIPPING TOTALING OVER $50!! Totally UNACCEPTABLE.

Receive many compliments on this cap. It fits perfectly, very comfortable and warm. This is my second, first cap is a bit worn. Have another Walrus cap with different fabric.

Fits perfectly. My husband loves it. Wears it daily. Doesn’t catch the wind like a Stetson. Looks better than a wool knit. He’s thrilled. We live with winter snow and wind. This hat works for us.
