My review is not based upon quality, but upon the fact that the product was not as expected. Though not listed as a light or mini sized cane that is actually what it is and I found it unsuitable for my needs. Returned for a refund.

I ordered this collapsable cane to have one to travel with - it will make life much easier to have one that can be folded up and put in a briefcase or suitcase. It is light weight, which is also a good feature while traveling. It would not pass for wood, but is nevertheless attractive.

This is just what I was looking for to keep in my laptop bag when needed at the workplace, etc.. I have other wooden canes in the car & home, but they are a hassle at work as most days I don't need one until later in the day. It's not as sturdy as the wooden ones, but it's working out - lightweight and compact

The two of us have purchased several canes in the past few years from fashionablecanes.com after disappointments with some purchased through local retailers.
