When I first tried to order your website wouldn't allow my purchase. I went to PayPal they sent me to American Express I waited while American Express checked it out, they said there was nothing wrong. I came back and tried again and it went through but this is after spending the better part of a half hour trying to make a seven dollar purchase. Also, AmericanExpress said that there was a dollar purchase, one dollar on hold. What was that about? I have one of your canes and I enjoy it, no problem in the past but I have issues with your website.

The ordering experience was frustrating. I was trying to purchase a saved cart, the website had me put in all the information then instead of completing the transaction it kept sending me back to the start. I had to empty the cart and start all over before it would complete the transaction.

My husband has multiple canes and was quite pleased to receive this. At least now he knows he can polish them without worrying about damaging the finish.

The wax preserver complements my new walking stick exceptionaly well. Using the preserver is essential to keep the wood in a peak condition.
