There was no place to enter the words 'emailstrap' so I could get my free strap on this, my first time ordering from you. I'm very disappointed with this. When I tried entering it in the discount gift card box (the only open possibility) it was rejected.

I used it one day for knee problems and it was great! Was able to walk all over with my daughter and since I did that, knee problems are so much better. I always use it when I have to do a lot of walking and my knee never hurts or buckles on me. Wish I had gotten it long ago!
