Everything worked well ordering - only improvement I would ask for is: for this particular cane (perhaps others too), I tried seeing the base color adjust to see how it looked with the handle and that ability was not available...

Very informative and easy to order. Answered all of my questions. The free lanyard is a little too small for larger hands, but if I ever need another cane, I will definitely het it from fashionable canes. High quality, well priced. Measured and cut perfect no.problem. don't be scared.
