Pros: These wheels click right into discreet metal brackets on the bottom of the trunk. They are heavy duty commercial grade wheels and remove pretty easily. Cons: Some women and jelly armed men may have to work a bit to remove the wheels. Considering the few times they are used, its no big deal Comments: If you are moving this trunk alone, buy these wheels. They turn the trunk into a hand truck.

Pros: The wheels are a must have! Easy to attach to wheel the trunk around and easy to store when not in use. The little storage bag that comes with the wheels are great. My daughter tucks the wheels in the bag and stores it inside the trunk so that the wheels do not get misplaced or separated from the trunk. Cons: None noted Comments: A must add-on to the purchase if the trunk!

Pros: So easy to put in place and remove, and installed perfectly for us when we ordered our trunk. Works so well, my 8 year old daughter can move the trunk with them on, even when full. Couldn't ask for more!

Pros: Wow - thank goodness we ordered the wheels - not sure how I would have gotten the trunk from the car to the cabin. And they pop in and out quickly for easy storage once the trunk is set up inside the cabin. Cons: None - they are durable and practical!

Pros: The wheels easily snap on and off, no problem. Cons: The wheels alone are not sufficient to make it easy to move this trunk. Fully loaded, it is HEAVY, and the handle is too short! I'm only 5'6" and the trunk kept hitting me in the backs of the legs. I cannot imagine anyone taller than me even being able to use it. I'm very surprised by all the positive comments on here about this because I found it very difficult and so did the others in my family. My 6'2" son couldn't deal with it because he's too tall and he had to bend over too far -- fatiguing to his back (and he's an athlete, so he's strong!). Very poorly designed, in this family's opinion. Comments: Would not recommend. Trunk is heavy, difficult to move, and there are other ways to secure items at school. Overall disappointed with this purchase. :( Store Response: Thank you for your review. I am very sorry that your trunk is too heavy. Pros: Brilliant Cons: none Comments: This wheel system is fantastic. Unlike the KMart and Bed Bath and Beyond trunks, which are so flimsy, and have tiny wheels that break easily...these wheels are almost off road quality. Durable. And the best thing is, you can remove them, so you can use your trunk as a cool piece of furniture. Better than expected for sure.

Pros: The empty trunk weighs 30 pounds, so unless you know you will have help moving it, the wheels are necessary. Also, since my son stores his trunk under his bed, the wheels make it easy to pull it out.

Pros: Creative, simple, sturdy solution. Cons: None Comments: The wheel away system allowed us to easily move our son to his new dorm recently. Without them I don't know how we would have moved his trunk considering all the stuff he had managed to fit in it. With them, he was completely unloaded, unpacked and settled in his room within 2 hours. I highly recommend these with the purchase of a trunk.
