Great customer service. Had a little trouble with documentation of different shipping vs. billing addresses, but they eventually got it straightened out. I also was not able to apply a 10% off my order coupon while trying to order online. I received a text response that referred to the 10% discount but then stated that a $10 discount would be applied, so I also had to get customer service to straighten that out, which they did without an issue.
