Easy to order...reviews seem good as well, however after ordering customer service does not answer via telephone .if you have any issues....
Company will only process 1 return or exchange per order. That was an issue for us, as we needed to exchange 2 toppers for a different size. We ended up keeping the 2 toppers even though they do not fit to the size of our mattresses, although toppers perform well. Customer service with Dormeo is below par due to lack of 'in person' communication(-text messages & chat only are offered to resolve issues.)

Many refreshes on website; simply choosing the right size was enough to make the site keep refreshing, on my phone and on my PC. I can't begin to explain how frustrating the entire checkout process was. I will never order through Dormeo again. I'll use Amazon if I need anything more from this store in the future.
