Ease of ordering was good, but obviously not very explanatory because I ordered the wrong one. And then when I replied back to an email about it I never heard back, so just I just chalked it up to a loss and move on. This is the first correspondence since the email said they would get back with me.

I was excited for the memory foam but it was attached to loose plastic and it all just flattens on your face and covers your nostrils, great concept poor execution.
