The size of the chin part doesn't work with the size of the nasal pillows. I wear small nasal pillows but would need a large chin part and returns aren't accepted after you open it and try it on and discover it won't work. A lot of money wasted.

First night use I had good nasal seal but leaks around both bottom corners of the mouth that I couldn't seem to get rid fix.

Hi Phil, you may need a different sized cushion if you are experiencing too many leaks. Make sure to also check the data on your machine - it will show you any leaks and how your therapy is going!
