I made a mistake in my order and immediately phone and left a message to correct before it was shipped. I missed the customer service returned call, so it was shipped. She made sure I received my replacement quickly. I received replacement the the day after I got my incorrect mask, and return it was easy. Customer service across the board has gone down hill since Covid, but not with your company. She was so polite and helpful. I know I will always choose CPAPNATION!!!!!!

Well i took off the old one and put this one on and the old one for some strange reason works better the new one leaks air and it gives me a high events per hour score so I'm not happy.

The hole for the type attachment was too large. I paid it but had to then order a proper mask from the Apria Kaiser phone line. Which is where I should have gone first. The new internet ordering line is worthless
