Easy to set up and use, especially with the web interface. Tracking and controlling calls as they're happening right on your computer screen using the web interface is terrific! We've also used our lines for conference calls with international participants and they went flawlessly. Highly recommend this service!

My company recently got an international client. The vendor we were using was not working for international conferencing. The quality was great and consistent so I called Peter back and added 2 more conference lines. Calls are going well! Overall, the features are great, so helpful to be able to control it online! Recording was quick to be available and easy to work with. And being able to call in and listen to the recording was really neat.
