Great experience. I used this for a monthly call of over 40 participants (this time we had 53 callers) and had no problems. I love the idea that I can mute people who are making noise in the background. Very useful!

It was super simple to set up. The conference line worked great and the ability to go to the website and download the recording and see the number of callers was just what I needed and worked great.

Vast has been great! No issues, and the customer service has been readily available at all times. The only qualm is that the international dial in list could not cover all the specific countries we needed to make calls to, so a more developed list would be helpful for smaller, overseas countries.

I like the ability to select phone number in different area codes. this works well to have a number close to the main users. The calls have been very clear with no feed back.

So far everything's been great. The staff there were quick and knowledgeable and able to get us started with our test calls really fast. They were also able to help us select the best plan for our needs. Everything's been very positive thus far.

Smooth, quick sign-up process. It all can be done via their website which was exactly what I needed. The call quality and value was excellent. Have only tried small conferences (fewer than 20 lines) which is solely due to my needs and not reflective of the company. Will likely be a small user of the services (fewer than 10 calls per month and a per call user), but still able to utilize all of the services that a larger user would have access to (conference recording; real-time monitoring; call summary etc.).

I didn't see a place on your website to initiate a new conference. When I set up my second conference I had forgotten that I have to start the meeting through my Outlook.

My only complaint would be having to share my screen when presenting a PowerPoint, but it is something I can work with. The quality of our last conference call was excellent and simple to administer. Thank you for a great service.

I have spoken with one Customer Service representative who answered all my questions regarding use, day-of calling, etc. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable - even though he was not in the sales department. I was impressed and used the product because of the fast, friendly service!

Customer service has been very responsive to our needs and questions. They were very helpful in terms of scheduling 2 training w/ our staff to show us how to use the service and its many features.
No call quality issues to speak of yet. Overall very satisfied and this is saving us money compared to the service we were using before.

I would like to let you know that Peter Doan is exceptional at customer service. He is always there to help me. and his response time is fast. It's nice to know that you employ someone like Peter especially in this day and age where customer service seems to be a lost art.

I requested that billing information be displayed in a manner that would help me with billing / bookkeeping. The customer service representative I worked with was very helpful and worked with the development team to come up with a tool to add to the website, and then got back to me to let me know when it was ready for use. It is actually pretty rare to have suggestions taken into account and then come to fruition, so this was a very nice surprise to have this outcome. I highly recommend Vast Conferencing and look forward to continuing our relationship!
