It is a great buy. It is stainless steel. But not 304 stainless. 404 stainless is more like it.

I’m a little disappointed that the steamer is not connectionless as I requested, but otherwise it looks to be in good condition.

More photos of the item would eliminate the issues that I encountered. A photo of the rear of the unit would have shown me that it required a water line connection (which I didn't want), and that there was no plug on the unit.
