This is a nice warmer that will go great in the concession trailer. This was very easy to order and shipping was fairly quick. It also has a 2 year warranty.

I ultimately did not purchase the Manitowoc. We could not afford to wait the lead time to build, 14-16 weeks out. We did purchase a Scotsman SCOT-C0630MA-32 that Jeff found in stock in Detroit. It arrived and was installed one week from the date of purchase. I highly recommend Manitowoc (our last machine was great too!), Scotsman and Burkett!! Jeff was super awesome to work with! He is quick, professional and knows his products!

Just how big, just how well built? Read on.. The delivery from Burkett was about 5 days to Wyoming. Arrived with no dings or even scratches on the box. Now, be aware, this commercial deep freeze is HEAVY!! Kelvinator used to be known as heavy duty, well built, and built to last. Now, to be fair, as with most things, they either go out of business or get bought out by bigger companies, that has happened with the Kelvinator brand. I cant say for 100% that its built to last as long as the previous versions, before being bought out, but... if the current freezer i have is ANY indication, the longevity of the investment, will be fine. The lid itself is about 60 lbs, a normal freezer (non commercial) is maybe 25lbs. This HEAVY kelvinator chest freezer is built like a tank. The compressor (pro tip: dont buy a freezer with no warranty on the compressor that is a year or less.) The industry standard on compressors that are reputably built, is 2 - 5. Ive only had the freezer a little over a week, but... if anything changes ill update or post a new review. Buy this Kelvinator from Burkett, great customer service, quality freezer at a great price along with free shipping. For inside size of just how big is 21cu ft, i posted pics and one has a 24oz soda bottle inside to give you a better idea. In case i didnt mention it before, this freezer is HEAVY! On a side note, it IS on wheels, but you still have to get it off the pallet, and its..HEAVY

Our Restaurant Chairs are a favorite, with a small foot print to allow more people at a table. They are made to last, constructed from solid oak and crafted using Shaker methods of innerlocking joniery, and swelled joint construction, no nails or screws are used

The five stars is for the outstanding customer service from Burkett! Turbo Air had the wrong part number listed on their website. They were shipped direct from Turbo Air and they sent the wrong shelves and was missing clips to install as well. Turbo Air was not in any hurry to rectify their mistake but the folks at Burkett stayed on top of it until I had the right shelves in hand. Their help was truly above and beyond!

Package lost and never received, reported and was waiting for the customer service to give me a call back on the update but didn’t get any updates or whatsoever. And my Acai and smoothie shop is about to open and I don’t have my blender yet. Had bought 3 vitamix blender under the “fantasy Riceroll” business with them 4 years ago and didn’t have any problem. But this time was a bad experience.
