The product was delivered with a cracked Jar. On first time usage for making smoothie there was leakage all over. The smoothie output was chunky and not smooth only a handful of almond was included. I contacted sales Department and they were speedy in responding. BUT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOT SEEM TO CARE. I have a smaller and older 15yrs old Vitamix that works better

Totally Dissatisfied and Disappointed. I bought the Vitamix 5201XL because I am A Vitamix lover and have owned an used a smaller Vitamix before. But my experience with Burkett in terms of customer service and what the Vitamix 5201XL has produced has been very very disappointing to say the least.

I have owned two other Vitamixe blenders in 12 years and this one has a different type of motor. You can blend a large quantity of semi-smooth soup but in no way will yoube able to produce a pint of purée like you would with even a household Vitamix. Dealer should stop offering this or suffer the wrath of professional cooks.

Excellent machine that exceeds our expectations. It is a real asset to our kitchen and is used everyday. We have used the smaller machines for over 20 years and been well satisfied. We just needed the higher capacity. This new Vitamix is the Rolls Royce of blenders.
