Your product made me really angry, your computer recommended a printer for the unit that was extremely hard to fix up. Also the printer did even pickup one of the color. I invested into Epson Tank system which I should have done before buying that ?.
If future I would recommend you testing these units before selling and making recommendations. I wanted to buy 10 units but only got 2. Thank God I didn't and I will not recommend this to anyone, I ended up buying all 10 Epson Printers with Tank system for my offices. Contact your company for help is not even effective.

I order from BCH because the savings are very important (most of my printing is free ministry). The representatives have always been helpful and courteous when I have had questions. They ink and cartridges have been great. I know from experience that BCH is the best!

My only complaint is about the quality of bottles used to package the ink. In the set that I ordered, couple of bottles seemed to leak (after they arrived - while being stored) for no reason. The quality of printing is good. As the quantity supplied is more than enough for my needs, I am not bothered by the loss due to leakage.

Great stuff. I had issues finding out how to fill the cartridges as my printer uses ones that I could not find on their website. They responded quickly with instructions that were accurate. Very helpful overall and extremely satisfied with the product I bought.

Customer service with a smile. I emailed for help about the ink for long lasting color retention in direct sunlight and was happily served with nice answers quickly. The even offered samples of the ink. So I was able to try it out for a while on my brother printer. This was one of my best decisions I've made and I would recommend this company for their professionalism honest fair competitive prices

I inquired whether inks based on a dye chemistry or a pigment chemistry were used in BCH products. I was told the particular product I was viewing on eBay was dye-based, and would be less prone to clogging the Canon print head, therefore was recommended for infrequent use - like I usually do.
