The ink came very quickly and I went to their website and followed the instructions. I had a problem with the blue cartridge. After trying several times with two different cartridges, I finally decide to blow a soft gentle puff in the top hole. Some ink came out. I put it back into the printer. I ran "clean cartridge" one more time and it worked fine after that.

The system installed great was printing great then after about a week it failed to continue to work. My printer would not allow the system to be used. Multiple tries. You phone always rang busy. The emails were acknowledged but with out assistance or info. I returned the product to Amazon for a full refund which has been received.

I took a brand new full Cyan cartridge I had just received from Amazon and put it my printer but nothing worked. I read the instructions you provide and those on-line but nothing worked. The HP printer was totally frozen. HP instructions did not help. I could not use the printer for 2 or 3 days. When I spoke to your support person he told me that it could be that the connections in the cartridge may be causing the problem. I never heard this as a possible problem. When I took another cartridge, the printer worked immediately.
I suggested that he send me a new cartridge but he said that your cartridges are empty. For me that would be fine because I have a full cartridge that I cannot empty anywhere, but your support person did not understand this, and I will wait until the cartridge in the printer is empty and try to transfer the ink.

I have used BCH Technologies ink for some time in a HP printer without issues. I reordered ink supply that will last about a year. I had an issue because the package contents were damaged in shipment. BCH Technologies very promptly replaced the damaged contents. I am greatly impressed with their customer service!

The only issues that we are having is that the pre-filled CIS systems always leak in shipping internationally, and always from the joins in the tubes.
But the team has always made good of any problems.

I purchased a set of refillable cartridges and a set of ink from bch. I had some trouble with the black cartridge leaking and sent an e-mail to the company indicating such. They were very prompt in replying and sent me out a new cartridge. Unfortunately the new one leaked as well. The company refunded my entire order of cartridges and ink even after about 4 or 5 months. I was very surprised! I would purchase through this company again for that reason.
