I do not have a problem with your customer service I do not have a problem with your product except that the product did not work in my HP 8620...someone ought to figure out a way to reflash or delete the flash or something on these printers so that generic cartridges can work similar 2 reflashing a biosbe somewhere in the printer can't be anything more than a few bytes an Excel file...

The customer service was great. I left a message about a problem that I had when I put the wrong color in the wrong hole on my ink cartridge and they called me back to solve the problem. They were really helpful. They have the best customer service that I have seen in a mighty long time. I look forward to doing business when with them more. I am 80 years old, but I still use the computer, iPad, and my printer. I have 17 grandchildren and some of them come to me for computer & printing work that needs to be done. So I can get the message out. This company is GREAT..

purchased ink for my 245 and 246 ink cartridges to use on my canon mg2520 printer. I requested info on how to install the ink into the cartridges. the bch support site gave me clear and accurate instructions and the ink cartridges are working fine. the prices are great too, will definitely purchase from bch again.

Though there is reference to re-filling cartridges using a hand drill (supplied) to make an entry hole in said cartridges, the video demo does not address that method, instead it shows a rather more physical method requiring removal of the cartridge's top piece. Since I did not find the drill instructions (that pointed to a characteristic non-existent on my printer's cartridge) I contacted Customer Support. During the interim, I decided to execute the demonstrated method. It was successful. I heard from Customer Support afterward and I reported the events and the fact that the Printer wasn't, well, printing. The CS person made several suggestions, provided links to articles, and promised to follow up. The suggestions proved useful, my printer is working, and CS did, in fact, follow up. That, anymore, is extraordinary. All in all, experience with bchtechnologies was excellent and the ink quality seems to be on par with the OEM. When I am in need again of ink, bchtechnologies will be the place from which I order it.

I tried to register before purchase. It said I was registered, but when I tried to log in to purchase, I was told my password was incorrect. It took a number of attempts before it would let me make a purchase.

The pigmented ink that I received for my HP 8600 printer constantly clogs. I'm using far more ink on cleaning cycles than on actual printed pages! Also one of the auto-reset chips died within days after being installed. So...I'm NOT a happy camper.

I contacted service twice for different tech issues. Both times the staff were very helpful and provided excellent service and prompt attention. I have a few concerns about the products themselves still but I'm hoping I can resolve the issues with the help of your service staff. Overall my experience with your company has been excellent.

BAD PRODUCT!!!!!!!! Trashed my printer heads and I ended up buying a new printer. What a rotten product!
You were of no help to correct the problem of air bubbles in the lines. I was told that over time they would go away. You were right. The printer went away.
