These guys are like lending ninjas. I decided to refinance to put some extra money in my pocket each month. When I got my original mortgage (with a different company), it took forever to jump through hoops and get things like appraisals/disclosures/etc taken care of. These guys had an appraisal done the very next day. Not only that, but they were the best price (APR/Terms) of anyone I called. Brian Duncan and Nikki Tran were also very pleasant, so that helped take the anxiety off of the fact that I was doing something so complicated. I will recommend to friends.

Trey Baker and Michael Dugan stayed on top of the details. The Amerisave portal was easy to use. The whole process from application to closing was only about three weeks. Excellent!

Everyone is quick to respond and I like the web based ability to upload documents.

The three Matthews (Matthew Sturgeon-Loan Originator, Matthew Hack-Loan Processor, and Matthew McIntyre-Appraiser) who were helping me in my refinance process were all very professional and responsive. What a great team of professionals! Amerisave certainly pulled it off again for me and my financial needs.

Even though our Loan Originator left the company during our process, Robert Feeman stepped right in to finish things off. Our Processor, Erin Scianimanico, was very diligent in keeping us on track! Thanks for the great service.

Taylor Colliver's work was superb. He and his team overcame a major obstacle in the valuation of our home and got us through the refi process. He was patient and took the time to answer all my questions and demystify the process to allow us to achieve all of our goals; this will allow us to achieve our financial objectives despite the obstacle of many lenders not allowing a bimonthly mortgage payment. His team has depth; they were able to get the refi process completed over the Christmas holiday. At several points in the process he looked for ways to save us money and the overall cost was half of what some other companies wanted to charge us. Overall the Amerisave part of this refi process was excellent.

At every step of the way we could see where our loan was at on the customer portal. We also received almost daily communications from the agents collecting our documents and processing our loan. We always knew what the next steps were, and what would happen then. All questions were answered immediately and knowledgeably. We are very impressed with the entire process from quote to close taking less than 30 days, partly because we were able to upload all of our documents as they were requested. Thank you AmeriSave.
