Kristen has been great about helping us get our refinancing wrapped up after a hitch developed with our appraisal. She was very active in talking to the appraisal coordinator to get the problem resolved and scheduling the closing so that we didn't need to have an extension on our rate. Couldn't be happier.

I haven't bought a home in almost 10 years and AmeriSave's application process was quick and easy. Most of my information on the loan application was pulled from third parties, so there has been very little I've had to upload or send in. My Loan Originator, Rebekah Balkcom, did a great job explaining my options and closing costs.

I've had an excellent experience so far. I would recommend your company to friends and family.

I was very impressed with the AmeriSava team. Chris was awesome; he answered my questions in a timely manner and when he wasn't available, he made sure that I knew when he could get back to me or I was directed to work with his manager. The loan process was easy to understand, getting documents to the team was painless and we were able to refi our home in less then 3 1/2 weeks. I would recommend AmeriSave to anyone that is looking to purchase a home or refi. Awesome service and team.
Note: If you are a veteran and planning to use the V.A. for the loan. Make that known up front to the representative. Makes the process even easier for veterans.

Joseph Germany was alert to our needs. He was available and answered our questions throughout the process. I appreciated being able to read and complete the forms online. Ray Childs was very helpful to us in making application. Really, I cannot think of any criticisms.

Refinanced my house through them. They were upfront and honest. The process was quick and cost considerably less money than their competitors were charging.

I have used the Amerisave system several times now and it is very straight forward with all information documented to avoid any misunderstanding. Other online lenders have too much verbalizing which makes the user uncertain exactly where he/she stands in the loan process.

Quick responses via the portal and through phone contact. The flow chart of loan progress is easy to read and understand.

Excellent should also be an option to answer instead of limiting choices to "great". My husband and I were very concerned about applying to an "online" mortgage company. Mortgage consultants did a great job of explaining the process to me and when necessary getting back to me with answers to all my questions. They were able to answer question directly and in a clear and precise manor. They allowed me to make my own decisions about how to handle my loan and what type of loan I preferred.
