NOBODY beats AMERISAVE price, wait there's absolutely No CATCH, when you fill up info on their website the rates and the price is you pay is what you get, NO haggle right!! . I'm a smart shopper , I usually shop for loans with 20 lenders, big and small names in the mortgage industry (I have done lot of loans, refinance with amerisave, I still shop to make sure I'm getting the best deal) . I always choose Amerisave because of Pricing, communication, passionate loan officers, ease of documentation.
This time I worked with Nathaniel Peters (loan officer) , this dude answers my email while on vacation.
I will always return to Amerisave for my mortgage needs. Hands down

My experience from Loan Originator Holly Windsor to Loan Processor Nikki Tran, has been a very thorough process. Questions I had were answered quickly. Nikki helped me with submissions of documentation towards loan approval. A very 5 star team.

My wife and I are first time home buyers. We were uncertain on how the process would be, we've seen all the reviews on how stressful going through the mortgage process is so we was a little worried at first but my loan agent David Clark set a really great tone from the very beginning it seems as if he don't sleep, his response time is unbelievable. My loan processor Mac Woodard is nothing short of amazing he's been so patient with us gathering all of our information together, calling to check on us every other day, and answering every question we've had. James Crumley, our processor, was so helpful!! He was efficient, polite, and very helpful at explaining things. We had a document that was needed that was causing me some trouble to obtain and he went above and beyond to help us get it. He always called and emailed which made it very easy for me to get things done. Because of James, this has been such an easy process!
