I liked it so much I had to buy another one for my daughter when she saw mine. This works very well. Recharging instead of changing filters is a nice thing.

I saw this water bottle on the Rachel Ray show. I purchased one when I received it it was damaged. So I contacted customer service and they mailed out a replacement right away. I take this water bottle everywhere I go I work at a school so it gives me a peace of mind knowing that my water bottle is germ free. I would definitely recommend this water bottle to anyone.

I Purchased the first generation of this product and I love it! At that time I used it for travel and hiking. Now dealing with Covid I use it everywhere! So awesome to be able to sterilize with the cap! Looking forward to seeing the improvements made on Gen 2!

I stumbled upon Crazy Cap because I was looking for UV sanitizers due to our COVID infused world. I purchased this for my mother. She lives in Florida and the water seems terrible. She double filters the water before using it to cook or drink. Unfortunately filters only remove contaminants and do not sterilize the water. I’m not worried when she cooks with it but was apprehensive about her drinking it. Seeing a product like this was like a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day. It was immediately purchased the minute I saw it. Not only does this product disinfect her water, but any other item she or I choose to shine the cap on like a phone or keys. It handled my original need and found a resolve for my concern about her house water. Purchasing this product seemed like a no brainer to me. I’ll admit that the instructions to the bottle were cursory to me and I had many questions regarding its use. I contacted the company and had my questions answered with expediency and insightfulness to cover things I hadn’t thought to ask. I appreciate Kristina Miles diligent efforts. She followed up with an email covering the points of our conversation so that I wouldn’t forget. Great customer service with an extremely useful product. While I don’t see the need to disinfect lake water because we don’t hike and due to COVID we are social distancing to the extreme, it is comforting to know that we could drink disinfected water without boiling in our daily lives and in an emergency while also being able to disinfect every day use items. I am very pleased with this product and customer support so far. It has been less than a week that this product has been used and I wrote this review.

The UV cap is great. Works as advertised. My bottle though chipped 2 months of using it but they will replace the bottle for free. Great service and warranty.

I'm a pretty new user, but I have to say that I feel so much more confident in the quality of my water. Typically I'd leave a reusable bottle in my car for weeks, and wonder if it was still okay to drink. I'm better about that now, and since using the CrazyCap, I feel confident mu y water is really clean.
