I purchased the original cap and bottle for my son a year ago. He uses it every day. The rechargeable battery in the cap lasts only one year. These are replacement caps.

The CrazyCap 2 (Cap Only) did not fit my CrazyCap bottle. But customer service was nice and they are sending me a new one.

On the website, it says that these caps for in other bottles, like S’well, it it doesn’t say that it only fits the 17oz bottles, not the 25oz. So I have a S’well bottle that the Crazy Cap won’t fit on. (Bottle was personalized so I can’t return). I would’ve ordered bottle with Crazy Cap but they only had 2 styles available in 25oz.

Ordered two caps to fit on SWELL bottles. They fit great. Charged the first one and it was green and then placed on my bottle and tapped...nothing; no LED lights; tried to tap again and nothing; tried charging again...nothing. Tried the other Cap....same thing. I thought I was doing something wrong so i emailed CC and they sent some videos; I was doing everything that I was supposed to; not sure if I just got two duds but Crazy Cap requested that I send in a video to share, which I did and have not heard back; i will probably just ask for my money back and return these. Disappointing. Seems like a good product and was looking forward to cleaning tap water for better taste. Too bad

A mark of a quality company is it's customer service. I ordered a CrazyCap and upon delivery it wasn't working. I immediately contacted the company and they were very responsive! They chatted with me, no wait. Verified the issue quickly and immediately sent a replacement which works great!!! It is possible for any company to have an occasional product issue, how they handle it is important. They have won my loyalty!

Awesome way to use the Swell bottles we already have in the house by getting a few crazy caps.

Love my crazy cap! Charge it at night, then use it in the morning. What I would really like is a crazy cap that also works like the swell sipping cap. All in one. That would be the ideal situation and one I would purchase for friends & family members! Get busy! Btw, my daughter is Dir. of Hazordous Waste, Environmental Dept. at a nearby university. She is greatly interested & impressed with Crazy Cap.
