The trampoline is great. However, whilst putting the rods in, we had to go back mutiple times and re-adjust the center posts, which had slipped out under the curved frame sections. Also, the plastic rings inside the curved frame sections moved out of position and one even got stuck in a weird position and we had to go back and unstuck it. These problems could be easily solved using marman clamps on the top of the center posts. Paying $1400 for a trampoline, I am suprised that this problem has not been tackled / solved in a more professional way. It is a suprisingly weak link on an otherwise outstanding trampoline.

We love this trampoline! we are in Tauranga and it arrived only 5 days after we bought it and we called the professional installer that night to ask him if he could install it the following day (Saturday) as we had our 2 year old birthday party on Sunday lunch time and he came immediately and install it while it was raining! such a professional person. Thank you very much!!!! we really appreciate it!

Nice and easy website to purchase online! Our trampoline arrived 5 days after we purchased it. We are in the Tauranga area and we paid for the professional installation which was the best thing we did! The guy who does the installation in Tauranga is great!! he came as soon as we called him and even on a rainy Saturday he was keen to come so we could use the trampoline on Sunday for our daughter's birthday party!! we totally recommend him! We love springfree!!

We got our Springfree Tramp about 8 years ago, it was fairly new to the market then. My kids have spent a lot of time on it as well as all the kids in the neighbourhood. Nothing like a hot summers day with the hose and a bottle of soap to keep them entertained! As my kids are now older I have begrudgingly sold my tramp to another family to enjoy for another few years. Thanks for always giving the best customer service when I needed bits and pieces.

Great trampoline, and the kids have enjoyed playing on it a lot.However it rusts really badly, and ours has completely fallen apart due to rust.So if you want to buy this trampoline, check out the length of the warranty - you will probably need to plan on buying a replacement in a few years time.

We purchased the R79 last week and we decided to opt for the delivery and installation. Initially a bit unsure of the cost of the product and how quickly it was going to be delivered and installed. But within the week as promised the trampoline was delivered installed and my 3 year old is thrilled. Great communication by all parties to get it all to our house.. We did a fair bit of research on different types of trampolines and after seeing this product on line and a demonstrator model at a local location (listed on the website for convenience). We have no complaints and despite the initial costs we would not hesitate to recommend this product to anyone. Great job guys!

After being warned (by my sister and her husband) of how hard it was to put tramp up I watched the on line instructions with my 10yr old, then we did it in just over an hour. Kids love it and Im happy to watch them jump knowing they can't get hurt. Thanks springfree!

Just put together our R79 in preparation for an Xmas morning surprise - although difficult, I managed it with my partners help. Watch the videos and read the instructions - you will get there - especially the net setup and the rod placement with mat to get it even. Having looked around at numerous trampolines this is by far the strongest, most safe, quality materials and excellent sales service around BY A COUNTRY MILE. I couldn't find anything comparable in the (extensive) trampoline market. And its a NZ product - well done and horray to NZ!

We have had our Springfree trampoline for over 8 years. During this time I have seen my children and their friends graduate from gentle bouncing to flips, water fights and impressive acrobatics. While their style of play has changed, the frequency of use has not and 8 years on, it is still used most days and continues to be in great condition. It’s definitely made with kiwi kids in mind. If safety’s a priority for your family then I would recommend a Springfree, our family wouldn’t be without it.
